- Ensure inventory accuracy and optimal stock level aligned with forecast demand, shelf life, and storage capacity
- Collaborate with cross-function teams to control wastage and maintain specbook compliance
- Drive improvement in inventory workflow to increase productivity and service level
- Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, security, and 5S standards
- Maintain alignment between inventory, inbound, and outbound operations
- Maintain daily inventory activities (manpower scheduling, stock accuracy, inbound & outbound support)
- Ensure discipline in SOP execution and safety compliance
- Monitor team productivity and accuracy
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in Supervisor role, preferably fresh/cold chain environment

Strong knowledge of fresh product handling and perishables
-
Understanding of cold chain management & temperature control
-
Knowledge of FEFO/FIFO, shrinkage control, and quality standards

Familiarity with warehouse inventory processes & WMS
