Job Description

Role Summary:

The Client Services Officer delivers transactions that address the needs of existing clients and engages prospective investors as a critical first point of contact and source of information on ATRAM products/services.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

Client Service

  • Receives, processes and analyzes client (existing and potential) requests and provides appropriate information needed through various media (e.g. phone, email, traditional mail, face to face interaction, social media, chats, messaging, and other prospective means of communication)
  • Execute account opening process ensuring that client documentation is complete, and that service is provided in a timely and efficient manner
  • Generates and submits transaction summary reports to ATRAM operations team and ensures the delivery of client requirements
  • Inform clients of information regarding rates, products, trends and other relevant information through publications (e.g. Daily Matters, NAVPUs and NAVPS) to increase investor knowledge
  • Deliver a range of support activities (e.g. related to logistics, registrations, etc.) to ensure that investor-related events/programs are executed in an efficient manager that optimizes the participant experience

Business and administrative services

  • Maintains and updates client documents and records to provide intelligence that support the management of client relationships
  • Coordinate client requests, inquiries and complaints to different departments and ensure a timely resolution
  • Coordinate with partner institutions to address requests, inquiries, and complaints of clients
  • Maintain compliance awareness and adhere to company guidelines, ensuring that business is in compliance with local regulations and group policies;
  • Conduct business in the highest ethical behavior and professional conduct, safeguarding quality of interaction with external & internal customers
  • Must be MF and UITF licensed or required to take licensing upon hiring

Minimum Qualifications

Competencies and Attitudes required:

  • Working knowledge of economics and financial markets, with interest in investments;
  • Customer service orientation
  • Organization skills – detail oriented, efficient and thorough
  • Time management – working on multiple deliverables and strict deadlines
  • Oral and written communication
  • Knowledge of fund products preferred

Education and experience required:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree and willing to learn ATRAM products.
  • Preferably with 2 years’ work experience in asset management or similar field with knowledge in mutual funds and a background in customer service
