Job Description
- Analyze and Design Business Process and Business Flow based on requirement.
- Produce Document (System/Workflow/SOP) as based document for system development.
- Constructing technical diagram (ERD/Class Diagram/etc.), analyzing system capabilities, and gap analysis.
- Monitor running business process and workflow system, and enhance for system effectiveness.
- Manage IT project execution and coordination, including SIT,UAT, and go live.
- Implement projects by gathering and analyzing user requirements, and providing training.
- Oversee project management from planning to completion, including error case analysis.
- Troubleshoot errors occurring after project go-live.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree’s in Computer Science (Information Technology / System Information)
- At Least 3 years working experience as System Analyst / Business Analyst / Project Manager
- Experience in project management, leadership and team management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skill and problem solving
- Have good communication skill
- Able to use Modelling Software (Ms. Visio, Ms. Project, Figma, etc.)
- Database Modelling Skill is a plus.
- Able to work in tight timeline and under preassure.
