- Implementing overall functions of social media strategies under PT Cetta Cita Cendekia and do the Performance Reporting.
- Developing, curating, and assisting the creation and editing of engaging content, Inside multiple platforms Instagram, TikTok, X, live streaming, Youtube and Linkedin.
- Strategically planning the utilization of testimonials and social proof for boosting audience trust and desire
- Building, nurturing, and actively growing loyal and engaged communities across all social media platforms.
- Assigning tasks to the marketing team, meeting with clients, and leading content creation campaigns for advertisements according to Marketing Funnel.
- Educating, Supervising and overseeing the performance of Social Media Specialists and Social Media Staff for company promotion aiming company leads.
- Initiating and Building strong relationships with influencers, managing strategic partnerships with media and brands to leverage mutual growth on social media.
- Strategically planning and supervising Social media Functions and updates to maximize follower growth and audience interest.
- Collaborating with the SEO team and Community Team for social media initiatives.
- Leading the execution and social media coverage of departmental events and special promotional programs.
- Monitoring, tracking, and analyzing social media accounts performance using tools and collaborating with Internal Data Team.
- Adhering to PT Cetta Cita Cendekia’s brand guidelines in social media planning.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a social media team.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for digital marketing and social media trends.
