- Develop stock requirement forecasts based on sales forecasts, sales trends, and historical data.
- Determine reorder points (ROP), safety stock, and buffer stock to anticipate demand fluctuations.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to understand promotional plans and campaigns requiring additional stock.
- Analyze and allocate stock distribution between warehouses/branches to avoid understock or overstock situations.
- Monitor stock status: fast-moving, slow-moving, and dead stock.
- Coordinate with Procurement for product purchasing.
- Evaluate team performance and ensure the achievement of KPIs for the Inventory Planning & Control department.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control/planning, including 1–2 years as a leader/supervisor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/WMS systems.
- Good understanding of demand forecasting, safety stock, and inventory optimization concepts.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in Malang, Indonesia
