SENIOR ADVISORS  

As a project lead advisory, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive advisory services and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Involve and work on various advisory works from both transaction (merger, acquisition, divestment, and spin-off, holding formation, debt and corporate restructuring, fundraising, fund creation) and non-transaction role (feasibility and economical study, business plan, project management, post completion monitoring and cash flow management assistance) collaborating with 3rd party advisors and consultants
• Take a team member role in the project team by assuming responsibility for the day-to-day activity of high-profile project assignments including delivering tasks and report as requested by supervisors
• Involve in all process from initiation, proposal, execution and closing the project
• Proactively cover the day-to-day tasks of projects, while reporting to Project Lead and above
• Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
• Work on strategies to solve complex technical challenges with guidance from senior level team member
• Assist in the management and delivering of large projects
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
• Contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members

• A minimum of 4-6 years’ relevant work experience in investment banking, advisory and deal management (M&A, corporate finance, structuring), restructuring, private equity and strategic consultant

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economic, Management, Accounting, Business Administration or Engineering, with minimum GPA of 3.5

• Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills, and able to work within a team and possess a high level of integrity

• An understanding of team dynamics, including the ability to work as a team member

• Experience in evaluating corporate transactions and structures

• Strong financial analysis/ financial due diligence and modelling skills

• Highly motivated with the ability to work a demanding schedule in an entrepreneurial environment

• Ability to practically apply knowledge to identify issues and solve complex problems

• Proactively seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback, including prioritizing and delivering multiple tasks

• Strong financial, business analytical and report writing skills; and

• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
