As we scale, we’re looking for a driven and resourceful Sales Development / Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to be at the front line of our growth. Your role will focus on identifying and engaging high-potential clients, building strong pipelines, and setting qualified meetings for our Business Development team to close.
What You’ll Do
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify ideal client profiles using LinkedIn, email, and other prospecting tools.
- Launch strategic, personalized outreach campaigns to decision-makers to create a steady flow of qualified leads.
- Manage a strong, active pipeline and track engagement through CRM and outreach tools.
Meeting Generation & Qualification
- Engage prospects through tailored messaging and conversations.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the Business Development team.
- Clearly communicate the value of our recruiting solutions to generate interest and book high-quality appointments.
Collaboration with BDMs
- Work hand-in-hand with the Business Development Managers to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Share insights and feedback from outreach to help refine messaging and strategy.

Minimum Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
Required Skills & Experience
- 2 yrs+ Proven track record in outbound lead generation, prospecting, or SDR/BDR roles (preferably in recruiting, staffing, or B2B services).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
- Comfortable with high-volume, targeted outreach using LinkedIn and email.
- Organized and persistent, with a knack for building strong pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the recruiting or staffing industry.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
