Country Manager  

Digital Cloud Communications is a fast-growing player in the CpaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) industry, with operations in multiple countries, with a mission of helping enterprises deliver exceptional customer experiences through omnichannel messaging (SMS, WhatsApp, Viber, Voice, and more) via a single API and intelligent engagement tools.

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Country Manager to lead our operations and commercial growth in Indonesia. This role combines leadership, strategy, sales, and operational execution. The ideal candidate will build and manage the local team, drive enterprise sales, oversee partnerships, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a senior position requiring strong ownership, autonomy, and deep industry understanding.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead enterprise sales activities and secure new business opportunities
2. Develop and manage key relationships with enterprises, aggregators, partners, and telecom operators
3. Ensure revenue growth, pipeline accuracy, and sales target achievement
4. Support sales team with strategic opportunities and high-value deals
5. Oversee daily operations, including commercial, support, and partner coordination
6. Manage compliance, regulatory processes, and local reporting requirements
7. Ensure operational efficiency, drive process improvements and local operational best practices
8. Provide coaching, leadership, and direction to team members
9. Represent DCC in local events, conferences, and partner engagements
10. Support product teams with market feedback and customer insights

Requirements:

1. 10+ years of experience in CPaaS, SaaS, Telecom, or enterprise communication solutions
2. Proven track record in managing P&L, operations, and sales in Indonesia
3. Strong network within enterprise, tech, telecom, and digital sectors
4. Experience building and managing teams in a fast-paced environment
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
6. Strong business acumen and ability to drive both revenue and operations
7. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
