Job Description
Summary
Responsible for students' positive learning experience by driving the Service Operation Team to ensure students' class attendance and participation, following up on any enquiries from students, and supporting our students to achieve their study goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a champion/pioneer in creating a positive and memorable learning experience in the center focused on student-centered engagement / activities
- Lead and drive collaboration with other departments to achieve center growth target from referral and retention channels
- Ensure all students enquiries are being followed up and solved in a timely manner
- Lead a close collaboration with the academic team in creating an efficient class schedule, as well as supporting students learning goals
- Monitor and develop service personnel’s and processes to support day-to-day activities and targets
- Establish and maintain relationship with students whilst hand-in-hand creating student’s community, to enrich English learning activities
- Responsible for all service activities and performance, as well as administrative matter, to be completed in a timely and accurate manner
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from any major or a minimum diploma degree from a reputable university
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in leading a team, preferably from educational services, financial services, or the hospitality industry
- Experience in direct selling
- Passionate about customer service and communication, with proven people skills experience ,preferably from educational services, financial industry, or hospitality industry
- Proficiency in English witha minimum Intermediary Level
- Can do attitude to handle a multi-tasking work environment
- Ability to be persuasive as well as get things done
