Affiliate Lead for SEA Market

We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Lead with strong expertise in the SEA market — someone who knows how to build meaningful partnerships, scale successful affiliate programs, and deliver real growth across the region, all within the fast-paced world of iGaming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Affiliate Managers across SEA (Thailand, Indonesia, in the future - potentially other countries)
• Define and execute regional affiliate strategies aligned with global growth objectives;
• Oversee the growth of the affiliate network across SEA by identifying, recruiting, and developing high-value partners;
• Communicate with affiliates and product to create optimal product-marketing funnels;
• Monitor team and individual affiliate performance using analytics platforms;
• Contribute to budget planning and cost forecasting for affiliate activities in SEA; Represent the company at affiliate events, conferences;
  

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing with 1–2 years in a leadership role;
• Proven success managing affiliate portfolios in multiple SEA countries;
• Strong iGaming background;
• Deep understanding of the SEA digital landscape, including local traffic sources, user behavior, and cultural nuances;
• Good communication skills in English;
• Strong organizational and delegation skills.

Nice-to-have:

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and affiliate innovations in SEA;
• Fluency in at least one SEA language (Thai, Bahasa, etc.) is a big advantage;
• Analytical mindset, knowledge of key traffic benchmarks;
