This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Legal at PT Hino Finance Indonesia. The Corporate Legal will be responsible for ensure the company's business activities are in compliance with the policies of the Financial Services Authority Regulations and create/review the Company's Cooperation Agreement with its business partners. The role is located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree of Law

Experienced as Corporate Legal for approximately 3 years in a Financial Company

Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulation, especially in Financial Company

Knowledge of corporate law

Knowledge of legal contract review & drafting

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and communication skills in English
