We’re currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Designer who thrives on the creative design process in the world of brand marketing.

Our biggest division, Agent Image, is a premier, privately held Web Design and Internet Marketing solutions company focusing on products and services for real estate professionals throughout the world. They are at the forefront of real estate digital marketing and are propelling towards a future that would take branding to the next level.

What you’ll do:

As a Senior Designer for the Agent Image Brand Marketing Team, you are expected to:

Focus on projects including but not limited to brand assets, company websites, landing pages, print advertising, sales presentations, event collateral, email marketing campaigns, and social media creatives — ensuring that all designs produced are of top quality and meet Agent Image Design Standards.

Work independently and collaboratively with the Brand Marketing team for creative and innovative ideas that will promote our brands and the overall reception and experience of our clients.

Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud software and know a great deal of the tools that the software provides, to create, edit, and compose your design concepts/comps.

Have good background knowledge of digital marketing, website structure, and visual hierarchy, keeping in mind how your designs can be translated into full, working, viewable media

Know a great deal of photo editing and manipulation techniques in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom

Expertise in branding, logo creation, design systems, and development of themes/templates

Be able to articulate concepts and projects internally through brainstorming, alignment and presentation meetings

Keep abreast of the latest trends, tips, and tricks in design, marketing and AI-assisted technology

Be collaborative with your co-designers and to share resources that may benefit the team as a whole

Perform QA duties when necessary

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of work experience as a web, visual, graphic, multimedia, or UI/UX designer

Possess a clean and modern design aesthetic befitting of luxury/tech-driven brands

Proven ability to adhere to brand standards, work within a curated visual language, and innovate with adequate restraint.

High-level proficiency in design software, primarily Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud applications (including Photoshop and InDesign)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to interpret and execute on design direction from non-creative stakeholders (sales, operations, etc.)

Highly organized with design assets (versioning, files, folders, layers, libraries)

Extreme attention to detail on design collateral

Working knowledge of presentation software (Google Slides, Canva, PowerPoint)

Ability to understand context behind design work and decide on suitable marketing assets for project completion (stock photos, design accents, style cues fit for audience)

Ability to do basic proofreading of copy used on designs

Ability to work well with remote teams

Ability to perform under pressure

A college degree or equivalent coursework in visual arts, graphic design, design communications, or a related field

A plus, but not required:

Experience working in or for marketing agencies, website developers, luxury brands, and/or the real estate industry

Knowledge of prototyping, multimedia/animation, and basic coding

Propensity toward leadership, mentoring and coaching
