Product Manager  

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Indonesia team at a pivotal moment of growth. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations. You will be responsible for driving a multi-phase technology transformation program while simultaneously helping build the team that will execute it.

This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable defining product strategy, managing complex technical transitions, and building teams from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing

• Team Building & Engineering Operations
  Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing performance management of a growing local engineering team; establish team structures, rituals, and standards that support long-term delivery capability
• Platform Evolution
  Oversee a structured transition from a shared multi-market platform architecture to a dedicated, locally-operated infrastructure — managing stakeholder alignment, technical dependencies, and phased delivery milestones
• New Product Development
  Define and drive the development of a next-generation, AI-first product platform — from vision and roadmap through to execution — with a focus on the Indonesian market
• Migration & Continuity
  Manage the migration of an existing live platform to the new architecture, ensuring continuity of operations, minimal user disruption, and clean data integrity throughout

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a role involving platform, infrastructure, or technical product work
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-phase technology programs with cross-functional teams
• Experience working closely with engineering teams — you don't need to write code, but you need to earn the respect of engineers
• Exposure to platform migrations, re-architecture projects, or marketplace/SaaS products is a strong plus
• Experience hiring and building engineering or product teams, ideally in Indonesia
• Familiarity with AI/ML product concepts and enthusiasm for building AI-native user experiences
• Highly organised, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
