B2B Marketing, Senior Associate  

About the Role

Kalibrr Indonesia is looking for a B2B Marketing Senior Associate who is passionate about driving growth through data-driven marketing. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end campaign execution, from strategy to optimization, to generate high-quality leads and support business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and execution-focused, with strong hands-on experience in digital marketing and performance campaigns.

Job Descriptions

1. Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns to drive qualified lead generation
2. Manage and optimize paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
3. Build and optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion
4. Improve lead generation performance and cost per lead (CPL) efficiency
5. Create and optimize B2B content (ad copy, email marketing, landing pages)
6. Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance
7. Analyze campaign data and provide actionable, data-driven insights
8. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion readiness
9. Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including timelines, budgets, and reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (minimum GPA 3.0)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or related roles
• Hands-on experience in managing digital ads campaigns; familiarity with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of key marketing metrics such as ROAS/ROI, and Cost per Lead (CPL)
• Proven ability in copywriting for marketing campaigns (ads, emails, landing pages)
• Experience in managing projects independently, from planning to execution and reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Good communication and collaboration skills, especially when working remotely
