Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support Kalibrr’s market expansion and revenue growth initiatives. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding hiring challenges, positioning Kalibrr solutions, and ensuring a strong top-of-funnel pipeline for the Sales team.

The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially aware, organized, and confident in client-facing conversations. This role plays a critical part in creating opportunities, maintaining CRM hygiene, and helping companies discover how Kalibrr can solve their recruitment challenges.

What You’ll Do

Market Development & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential companies that may benefit from Kalibrr’s solutions
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other engagement channels
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients
  • Monitor market trends, hiring movements, and target industries

Client Engagement

  • Conduct initial discovery conversations with potential clients
  • Deliver introductory pitches and communicate Kalibrr’s value proposition effectively
  • Understand client hiring pain points and align relevant Kalibrr solutions
  • Qualify leads based on hiring needs, urgency, company size, and fit

Demo Coordination & Pipeline Support

  • Schedule and coordinate demo bookings for the Sales team
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure attendance and engagement
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the pre-sales process
  • Support pipeline movement and handoff to Account Executives or Sales Managers

CRM & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure accurate and updated records in Zoho CRM
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene including notes, activities, deal stages, and follow-ups
  • Track outreach efforts, conversion metrics, and engagement performance
  • Assist in reporting pipeline activities and lead generation performance

Minimum Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, business development, recruitment, or SaaS sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and client engagement
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience using Zoho CRM is an advantage
  • Ability to understand business challenges and position solutions strategically
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and highly resourceful

Nice to Have

  • Experience in HR Tech, Recruitment, SaaS, or B2B sales
  • Familiarity with recruitment challenges and talent acquisition trends
  • Experience handling pipeline reporting and sales operations support
