Job Description
- Able to take responsibility in an independent manner for all development matters of a single project, capable of leading P3-P5 members to complete general daily development matters. Ensure prompt response to the business test, ensuring no P1, P0 bugs happened in production, ensure there are no delays caused by individual mistakes or personnel within their jurisdiction, ensure no serious safety accidents.
- Participate in demand review and internal audit, and assist product managers in optimizing product solutions based on implementation complexity.
- Formulating code standards, participating in code reviews, and ensuring that production codes are executed according to accepted internal standards. Respond to QA and product feedback in a timely manner and make suggestions to all parties.
- Participate in technology/business sharing, provide/unify team cognition/understanding.
- Continuously pay attention to industry experience and best practices, and able to reasonably apply them in internal projects.
- Actively provide constructive solutions to the team and be the driving force in the front-end team to grow the front-end team's capabilities.
- Assist in developing monitoring indicators, and conduct online monitoring and actively respond to alarms.
Minimum Qualifications
- Able to use React and Vue to develop H5, Webview, PC and other pages.
- Strong understanding basic data structures, algorithms, design patterns, continuous integration, and have strong learning ability.
- Strong basic front-end skills and familiar with the use of Typescript and CSS.
- Proficient in using front-end compilation and building tools.
- Familiar with cross-platform compatibility issues and the ability to learn new technologies.
- More than five years of relevant work experience.
