Fullstack Node.js | React.js Senior | Typescript  

I'm looking for a Full Stack React.js or Node.js Software Engineer to join our Philippines based fully remote team. If you want the opportunity the build cool things with a US-based company and grow / learn the fastest as an engineer with the team, this would be great for you :) This opportunity is a once in a life time opportunity. You will have the chance to work with some of the best engineers in the industry, learn at 10x your normal speed, and put on digital events for some of the biggest creators in the world (we've had artists like Justin Bieber, Kygo, Halsey on our platform).

We are looking for self-starters that know how to manage their time, can communicate their work, and contribute with minimal guidance. This position requires extensive knowledge in developing with React or Node as well as how to coordinate a team and make sure deliverables are working and production ready (80% coding / 20% helping engineers). We are looking for someone who has at least a couple years of production-environment experience and has worked in fast-paced, startup environments. Most of all, I'm looking for people with the hunger to improve and build something amazing online.

We are looking for people who are looking to go all in and are willing to pay top of market for the best talent in the Phillipines. We are a very high performance culture and are focused on building fast, growth mindset, and having fun. However, we are not a company where people who want to collect a paycheck and work a standard 40 hours a week. We are looking for people willing to put in a time commitment of 50 hours+ (No time tracking) and own the development of projects from end to end. We are a very ambitious team and are looking for generalists that want to be on the ride and aren't afraid of getting their hands dirty in code.

A little about me:
I lead Engineering at an early stage startup and we are hiring for a senior engineer who can build without much guidance. We are pretty flexible, so if you want to be able to grow in other areas, we can make it happen. What I'm looking for is a self-starter who is not afraid of learning new things as well as is excited to build innovative products.

One thing to note is that we are a U.S. based company and need our employees to have a significant overlap into the US timezone (starting in the early morning PH time - 5am PST) so that effective communication with the team is possible. We are able to pay top of market for the right candidate - someone who can communicate well, help mentor engineers, and help push deliverables to completion.
