Microsoft Cloud & Collaboration Engineer  

Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Implement and support collaboration tools across the organization or client environment.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure service reliability and security.
• Handle user access management, licenses, and security compliance (MFA, DLP, Conditional Access).
• Support integration with Azure Active Directory and other enterprise systems.
• Provide documentation, user training, and technical support for Microsoft 365 features and tools.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to deliver solutions aligned with business and compliance needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Microsoft 365 Engineer / Administrator / Systems Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Azure AD).
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Understanding of security and compliance features in Microsoft 365.
• Good communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
• Ability to work independently in a remote and multicultural environment.

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• Experience with hybrid environments (on-prem AD + Azure AD).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes or service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
