Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
- Connect, transform, and model data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into visual analytics solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and usability of Power BI reports.
- Create reusable data models and establish best practices for visualization and DAX calculation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support decision-making through data insights.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Power BI Developer / Data Analyst.
- Proficient in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Ability to design clear, interactive, and insightful dashboards.
- Good communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
- Comfortable working in a remote and multicultural environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Azure Data services (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks).
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehouse design.
- Power BI or Microsoft Data certification.
