Nightly is a next-generation live experience brand blending music, belonging, and purpose. From the Class of 2025 Graduation Concert to the upcoming Nightly Rotation college tour, every event we create is designed to move culture, not just crowds.
We’re now building out the core of our operations team to power a multi-city event engine capable of running 20+ shows a season with precision, personality, and scale.
Your Mission:
To architect and run the operational backbone of all Nightly events across multiple cities, designing systems, managing logistics, and ensuring each show runs like clockwork while the CEO focuses on vision, partnerships, and creative leadership.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Systems & Infrastructure
- Build the Nightly Events Command Center in Notion, a real-time dashboard tracking every city, venue, contract, vendor, and production detail.
- Create repeatable templates and SOPs for advancing shows, hiring staff, handling vendors, and running day-of operations.
- Set up task boards and Google Drive folder architecture for cross-departmental visibility.
- Develop automations and trackers that connect all moving parts (ambassadors, media teams, tour routing, budgets).
2. Event Logistics & Execution
- Manage all venue and vendor communication once bookings are approved, contracts, COIs, tech specs, hospitality, and timelines.
- Oversee advancing for artists and DJs on the Nightly Rotation Tour (stage plots, load-in times, set transitions, hospitality riders).
- Build show packets for each event: run of show, media call times, vendor arrivals, and staffing lists.
- Coordinate with Tour Manager and local production partners to ensure venues are show-ready and compliant.
Track all post-show deliverables: recap uploads, invoices, and settlement documentation.
3. Cross-Team Operations
- Work closely with Nightly Create to plan media arrival schedules, photo/video zones, and content workflows.
- Maintain shared calendars for ticket drops, promo rollouts, and tour timelines.
- Lead weekly Operations Sync meetings and produce a short written summary afterward.
4. Optimization & Expansion
- After each show, produce a short Post-Event Report summarizing what worked, what didn’t, and what to fix.
- Continuously refine systems for speed and clarity eliminate bottlenecks before they happen.
- Design a “City Launch Kit” playbook that makes opening new Nightly markets , plug-and-play.
- Recommend new tech tools and workflows that make Nightly scalable for 2026+ tours.
Your Pay:
- Trial: 1-month project-based onboarding
- Monthly Pay: $1,500–$2,500 USD
- Full-Time: Post-trial conversion with growth potential into Director of Event Operations
First 60 Day Targets
- Build and fully operationalize the Nightly Events Command Center in Notion.
- Standardize advancing templates, vendor coordination systems, and day-of event documentation.
- Take full ownership of the logistics pipeline for Nightly Rotation (multi-city).
- Establish daily Slack rhythm + weekly Ops meetings.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Event Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event or tour operations (multi-city preferred)
- Proven ability to coordinate with venues, vendors, and artist management teams
- Advanced skills in Notion, Google Drive, ClickUp, and Google Sheets
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong organizational and project-management abilities; detail-oriented and process-driven
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones, with availability during CST hours
- Experience managing logistics for live shows, festivals, or touring events is a plus
