Job Description

  • Convert inbound leads into paying customers by understanding their unique challenges in field operations and demonstrating how our solution effectively addresses them.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of target accounts, focusing on specific use cases and market segments.
  • Design and implement impactful outbound sales strategies to drive customer acquisition.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure sustained satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to minimize churn and enhance customer retention.
  • Proactively identify potential churn risks and re-engage users through targeted communication and personalized outreach.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling software or solution-based products.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proven experience using sales tools, including CRM systems, outbound automation, and lead generation platforms.
  • It's a remote position; however, candidates based in Jabodetabek will be preferred to support smoother collaboration and occasional in-person meetings.
