Legal Senior Officer  

· Legal drafting and reviewing for any drafts / templates of contracts / agreements, letters and / or other legal documents, and finalizing documents until executed by the Parties;

· Manages and maintains company archives / legal documents in an organized manner;

· Provides legal opinion in relation with the company business process;

· Identifies and analyses legal risks that can affect the company and support Legal Manager in developing strategies to minimize risks

· Conducts research on changes to applicable laws and regulations and their impact on the company's business processes

· Liaises with external lawyer, public notary, and translator

· Files and manages all company’s legal documentation

• Minimum of 5 (five) years’ experience as a Legal Officer/Supervisor in a corporation;

• Strong knolwledge of corporate law and regulations;

• Excellent legal drafting skills;

• Strong analytical skills;

• Good communication skills;
• Strong problem solving skills
