- Provide legal guidance on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters within the tire or mining industry.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Manage legal risks related to business operations and transactions.
- Advise management on legal implications of business decisions and strategies.
- Represent the company in legal matters, including disputes and litigation.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., HR, finance, operations) to ensure legal compliance across departments.
- Keep up to date with industry-specific legal trends, regulations, and best practices
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1); Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of legal experience in trading, export–import, or related industries
- Strong knowledge of commercial, corporate, and export–import regulations
- Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution
- Familiar with customs procedures, trade licenses, shipping documents, and Incoterms
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple legal matters simultaneously
- Willing to be assigned across all subsidiaries under GTech Group
