Head of Marketing  

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a holistic offline and online marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Lead Social Media Strategy especially TikTok and Instagram strategy end-to-end, including content direction, creator collaboration, trend utilization, and performance optimization.
• Plan, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta (Instagram & Facebook), and other relevant digital platforms.
• Drive growth marketing initiatives, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven experimentation.
• Plan and oversee promotional campaigns across modern trade, general trade, and traditional retail channels.
• Drive in-store branding, merchandising, and point-of-sale (POS) marketing to maximize visibility and conversion.
• Lead offline brand activations, including baby fairs, parenting expos, pop-up events, and community engagement programs.
• Collaborate with retail partners and distributors to strengthen product placement and brand presence.
• Build and manage partnerships with parenting communities, hospitals, healthcare professionals (e.g., doctors), and key stakeholders to ensure credible and impactful marketing.
• Initiate and manage offline and online influencer campaigns, including TikTok creators and community figures.
• Work closely with Sales, E-commerce, and Online Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
• Supervise and develop a team of area promoters, digital marketers, and field marketing staff; set KPIs and monitor performance.
• Analyze campaign performance across offline and digital channels, generate insights, and continuously optimize strategies.
• Lead product launches, integrated campaigns, and the development of compelling marketing assets.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels, touchpoints, and customer experiences.

✅ Kualifikasi:

• Min. 3 years in Senior Role in Marketing
• Industry Expertise: The ideal candidate possesses a robust background in the FMCG industry, with a strong preference for those experienced in baby skincare and related consumer goods.
• Social Commerce & Sales: You have a proven track record of creating viral TikTok content that successfully drives GMV and measurable sales growth.
• Advertising Mastery: A deep, technical understanding of how digital advertising works and how to optimize ad performance is essential for this role.
• Proactive Leadership: We are looking for a hands-on leader who is willing to get involved in the day-to-day execution while guiding the team toward strategic goals.
• Brand & Community Building: You possess the strategic insight to build a brand from the ground up and the community knowledge to nurture a loyal customer base.
• Marketing Skill: The candidate must demonstrate the ability to conceptualize and execute large-scale, 360-degree marketing campaigns across both online and offline platforms.
• Merchandising Strategy: You have a strong grasp of merchandising principles to ensure products are effectively positioned and presented to maximize market appeal.
