- Oversee the preparation of detailed planning designs supported by relevant data, aligned with the company's strategic plan
- Ensure the availability of analysis results required for formulating the Strategic Plan, Long-Term Corporate Plan (RJPP), and Annual Work Plan and Budget (RKAP)
- Ensure alignment between corporate plans and work unit plans
- Improve the effectiveness of internal and external data recording systems to support the preparation of the Strategic Plan, RJPP, and RKAP
- Manage Enterprise Architecture as well as business and product portfolios
- Review evaluations of corporate and work unit performance effectiveness
- Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of corporate management systems (ISO QHSE, GRC)
- Ensure the availability and implementation of work unit policies, strategies, and SOPs in accordance with business processes
- Review performance reports from work units
Minimum Qualifications
- Barchelore degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in corporate strategy, business planning, or consulting roles
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing business strategies within large organizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work with complex data sets
- Excellent knowledge of strategic planning frameworks and methodologies
- Proven experience in conducting market analysis and competitive positioning and financial modeling
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly with senior executives
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools and business intelligence software
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian, written and spoken
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across organizational levels
