About Us:
We are a growing company with the field of automotive components manufacturing especially in machining and assembling process. Our process and manufacturing system supported by automation robotic dan digital system. We are looking for highly professional candidate to lead and support the teamwork for the good success.
Tasks & responsibilities :
- Responsible for the factory QCD target achievement.
- Make annual strategy and monthly action plan for related managers below factory division.
- Make the report of target achievement to BOD.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduated from reputable university majoring in engineering with GPA min 3.0 of 4.0 scale.
- Age max 42 years old.
- Have min 5 years experience (at least 2 years as Factory Manager/Senior Manager) in manufacturing company especially in automotive industry for the field of production, quality, and engineering.
- Have a strong leadership and good managerial skills.
