Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the team in executing B2B client projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Evaluate and assess team performance regularly.
- Provide constructive feedback and support for team improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Report project progress and any issues to senior management.
- Facilitate training and development programs for team members.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
- Set and maintain standard quality of assessment and BEI delivered by Partner/Vendor
- Conducting assessments and BEI to measure individuals' knowledge, skills, and abilities
Minimum Qualifications

I/O Psychologist or strong educational background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related fields.

Possess certification on Behavioral Event Interview and Assessment Center management or equivalent.

Proven experience as an internal assessor within a professional setting.

Proven record in designing and managing recruitment and selection on a large scale, preferably within B2B and mass hiring contexts.

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

Strong understanding of project management principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Willingness to travel if required.
