Job Description
1. Reply to user chat questions and help user to solve their problem
2. Complaint ticket & relationship management to user and stakeholder
3. Gather, analyze, and advocate user feedback
4. Collaborate with other departments to improve products and services to increase customer satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree from any major
2. Proven min. 1 year work experience as Customer Service, have worked on Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Project is preferred
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with customers.
4. Strong understanding of customer experience principles, strategies, and best practices.
5. Strong problem-solving skills while also paying attention to detail.
6. Having experience using CRM/CS tools
