Job Description
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the HR services sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Utilize a consultative approach to build strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their training needs and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients, highlighting our service offerings and value proposition.
- Generate new leads (B2B), screen potential business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and secure deals
- Work closely with internal teams, to ensure alignment and successful service delivery.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 1 - 3 years proven experience in business development / AM within hr services industry
- Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
