Job Description
- Develop new products based on market trends and consumer needs, including experimenting with ingredients, recipes, and production techniques to produce high-quality food products.
- Utilize principles from chemical engineering, biology, and food science to enhance production efficiency, product quality, and food safety.
- Develop new technologies or refine existing processes to produce better and more efficient food products.
- Ensure that production processes comply with technical standards and regulations while managing product quality to meet consumer expectations, leading quality audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on food science, technology, and engineering processes.
- Strong skills in process design, food engineering, and a deep understanding of food biochemistry, microbiology, and processing technologies.
- Proven experience in the development and optimization of food production technologies and manufacturing processes.
