- Manage daily store operations, including human resources and systems, in accordance with applicable SOPs.
- Perform store administration tasks such as recording sales, preparing daily reports, and managing operational documents.
- Monitor inventory to ensure availability and optimal stock management
- Ensure overall store cleanliness in compliance with established standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in retail, including at least 4 years in a managerial position, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Understand the process of managing teams and store operations.
- Understand the process of managing inventory and logistics.
- Experienced in working with sales targets.
