We are looking for a results-driven Sales Engineer to drive the growth and expansion of our High Pressure Laminates (HPL) business across various market segments, including B2B, project-based accounts, modern trade, and emerging channels.
This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in construction materials, architectural products, or project sales who is passionate about building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in expanding our HPL market presence by managing strategic accounts, developing new partnerships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive HPL Sales Growth & Account Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve HPL revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify, acquire, and manage key B2B accounts including:
- Contractors
- Property developers
- Fabricators
- Architects
- Institutional clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective account management and business development initiatives.
2. Expand Market Presence Through Projects & New Channels
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within commercial, residential, hospitality, and institutional projects.
- Grow distribution channels and explore alternative market segments for HPL products.
- Work closely with architects, designers, contractors, and project stakeholders to promote product specifications and adoption.
- Conduct market research and gather competitor insights to support business strategies and decision-making.
3. Manage Project Execution & Customer Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Plant, Logistics, and Importation to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Coordinate product availability, lead times, order processing, and delivery schedules.
- Support technical requirements, product specifications, sample requests, and approvals.
- Address customer concerns and ensure a seamless experience from initial inquiry through project completion.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in:
- High Pressure Laminates (HPL)
- Construction materials
- Furniture boards
- Interior finishing materials
- Architectural products
- Project-based sales
- Proven experience handling projects involving HPL or similar building materials.
- Strong network and experience working with architects, contractors, developers, fabricators, and project owners is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
