Job Description

CRM Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Clean up company’s existing CRM platform to ensure data accuracy and completeness during migration to Salesforce.
  • Maximize the features and benefits of Salesforce to improve customer care, sales, and marketing efforts.
  • Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel by collaborating with sales and marketing teams to generate digital campaigns.
  • Create and automate workflows to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits of the CRM system to ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure accurate and timely user access and permissions within the CRM.
  • Act as a point of resource for all departments relating to the CRM software.
  • Train and support sales managers, especially in the USA, to increase CRM adoption and effective usage.
  • Lead strategy planning meetings, ensuring all teams are aligned and utilizing CRM data effectively.
  • Develop and manage reports and dashboards that provide actionable and crucial insights for strategic decisions and trend(s) forecasts.
  • Stay updated with latest CRM trends and industry best practices.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a CRM Specialist or a similar role in sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM software, preferably Salesforce or Hubspot.
  • Strong analytical skills to accurately interpret CRM data, customer trends, and sales patterns.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders, conveying complex information in an understandable manner.
  • Ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategies and actions with CRM insights.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bajada, Davao City.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, sales or marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of CRM experience.
  • Combination of office and work-from-home environment, with flexible schedule to accommodate pre-scheduled trainings/interactions with colleagues in the U.S.A. and other regions (as needed).
