- Solicits clients to open equities trading accounts with USI;
- Build on existing and develop new relationships with USI clients, providing advice on equity market developments and key issues that may affect their trading strategies.
- Coordinates the proper filling up of Customer Account Information Forms and submits the necessary accompanying documents;
- Receives, executes, and confirms all client orders and instructions;
- Fills up necessary order slip as a requirement in receiving orders;
- Coordinates with settlements, accounting, research any client requests or instructions, and vice-versa’
- Attends to client's concerns and complaints;
- Updates clients with their positions and follows up to operations their monthly ledgers;
- Gives research materials to clients;
- Maintains good relations and networks with other brokers;
- Attends stockholders’ meetings, company briefings, sales and marketing events and presents to clients, if necessary, regarding the importance of investing in the stock market.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from to time that will support organizational goals and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Has stock market trading experience, at least 1 year, and knows how to execute orders.
- Willingness to spend time traveling and socializing with clients
- Experience within the equity trading markets.
- Passed the SEC Salesman License
- Strong communication skills, ability to foster relationships
- Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
