Job Description:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX for web and mobile products
• Create and maintain scalable design systems in Figma
• Design dashboards, CMS, and system interfaces with strong usability principles
• Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams during product development
• Conduct user research and translate business/user needs into effective design solutions
• Create prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Ensure consistency in visual design, branding, and user experience across products
• Assist with other related design initiatives and responsibilities as assigned
• Adapt to evolving project needs and contribute to various design-related tasks

Skill Sets & Talents:

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience for desktop & mobile productStrong expertise in Figma, prototyping, and scalable design systems
• Experience with design tokens / token variables, CSS variables, and basic CSS understanding
• Experience designing system/CMS/dashboard interfaces and collaborating with development teams
• Proficient with tools such as Figma (required), Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, and usability
• Strong creative sense and understanding of brand design
• Able to work in fast-paced agile environments with a proactive mindset
• Fluent in English
• Portfolio required
• Capability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
