Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP WalkMe Specialist to support a critical client engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing WalkMe solutions within SAP environments, ensuring seamless digital adoption and enhanced user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement WalkMe solutions for SAP applications.
• Gather and analyze user requirements to create effective digital adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize end-user processes and improve productivity.
• Provide guidance and best practices for WalkMe integration with SAP SuccessFactors and other SAP modules.
• Ensure compliance with client standards and deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience with WalkMe in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP systems and end-user workflows.
• Prior experience implementing WalkMe in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
