IT Solutions Architect  

Duties and Responsibilities

● Provides technical solutions for the projects such as Application Architecture, Database Architecture, Infrastructure, Integration, and any other system analysis and design needed.

● Participates in proposal generation; i.e. review of the requirement, designing application features and architecture, coming up with the development estimates.

● Translates the user requirements into a high-level application design, and coordinates these specifications with the relevant project stakeholders (e.g. Business Analysts when defining the product features).

● Produces solution documents based on the project requirements.

● Participates in training, design, documentation, and delivery efforts with the Project Manager.

● Audits and ensures that project development followed the approved technical solutions.

● Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Specifications

● Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or any related course.

● Related Work Experience – At least 5 years of working experience in Software Development by providing technical solutions such as system architecture, infrastructure design, and database structure.

● At least 2 years of experience in software engineer roles such as web and mobile application development.

● Knowledge – In-depth knowledge in the following:

● Solid OOP and software design knowledge.

● Experience with different software development languages such as PHP, Java, Python, .NET and a willingness to learn new technologies if needed.

● Experience in web service integration

● Experience in any integration protocols

● Experiences using public or social media APIs like google API and others

● Experience in version control

● Excellent debugging and optimization skills Solid understanding of cloud Experience in AWS is a plus.

● A solid understanding of cloud Experience in AWS is a plus.

● Must have sound problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making.

● Must have above-average communication skills Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

● Ability to work with minimum supervision and able to guide new team members.

● Must be adept to work in a fast-paced environment with tight SLAs.
