Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for talented individuals for our Customer Service Representative for Sales.
About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative for Sales, you will be performing the following tasks on a daily:
- Improve the advertiser’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption to help them deliver a strong return on investment.
- Install and troubleshoot entry level coding related to HTML and JavaScript coding.
- Recognize roadblocks faced during technical installs with advertisers.
- When within scope and area of knowledge, provide pre- and post-installation support.
Minimum Qualifications
- Open to High School, College graduates or College undergraduates
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in BPO Sales (Advertising Sales, Hard Selling, Upselling or Inbound-Outbound Sales)
- Must be willing to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City
