Job Description
- Manage production and operations for the fabrication and installation of architectural window systems.
- Collaborate with Australian-based colleagues and clients, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to timelines.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in business management, construction management, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in an operational, supervisory, or managerial role, preferably within construction, manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to make and receive phone calls to Australian-based colleagues and clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
- Basic proficiency in client management software or project management tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, or similar).
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire for managerial growth in the role.
- Experience in the trades, building, or construction industries.
- Knowledge of fabrication or installation processes is a strong advantage.
- Work with Australian Eastern Standard Time Zone (AEST) from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Occasional work on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) may be required depending on project demands.
