Job Description

As an Enterprise Business Development professional, you will be responsible for generating and closing enterprise opportunities for Kaitech’s ERP and AI transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate 15–20 qualified enterprise meetings per month
  • Build and maintain a high-value enterprise sales pipeline
  • Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, and business needs
  • Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from discovery to closing
  • Develop and present strategic proposals to enterprise clients
  • Collaborate directly with the Founder on Tier-A strategic deals
  • Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales
  • Proven track record in selling ERP, enterprise software, or technology solutions
  • Previous experience working at:
  • Odoo/SAP/Oracle Partner
  • Microsoft Dynamics Partner
  • Enterprise System Integrator

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven ability to close enterprise deals valued at least IDR 500 Million project size
  • Experience presenting solutions to C-level executives (CFO, CEO, Directors)
  • Ability to manage multi-stakeholder enterprise decision-making processes
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles (typically 3–6 months)

  • Strong enterprise negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience managing high-value sales pipelines
  • Ability to forecast revenue and manage complex deals
