As an Enterprise Business Development professional, you will be responsible for generating and closing enterprise opportunities for Kaitech’s ERP and AI transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate 15–20 qualified enterprise meetings per month
- Build and maintain a high-value enterprise sales pipeline
- Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, and business needs
- Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from discovery to closing
- Develop and present strategic proposals to enterprise clients
- Collaborate directly with the Founder on Tier-A strategic deals
- Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
Required Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales
- Proven track record in selling ERP, enterprise software, or technology solutions
- Previous experience working at:
- Odoo/SAP/Oracle Partner
- Microsoft Dynamics Partner
- Enterprise System Integrator
Essential Qualifications
- Proven ability to close enterprise deals valued at least IDR 500 Million project size
- Experience presenting solutions to C-level executives (CFO, CEO, Directors)
- Ability to manage multi-stakeholder enterprise decision-making processes
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles (typically 3–6 months)
Core Competencies
- Strong enterprise negotiation and closing skills
- Experience managing high-value sales pipelines
- Ability to forecast revenue and manage complex deals
