Job Description
Strategic Support:
- Assist the CEO in identifying and framing business problems, using data-driven insights to address strategic issues.
- Find, analyze, and interpret relevant data to provide solutions for strategic business challenges. Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research as needed.
- Present clear and actionable recommendations to management based on research findings and data analysis.
Project Management:
- Manage and monitor the progress of strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are completed in a timely manner.
- Apply project management and business planning expertise to support and execute strategic initiatives and investments.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the CEO, Business Development team, and other relevant stakeholders to support strategic and investment-related tasks.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistic, Economic / Business, Management, or related from reputable university
- Have a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in the technology industry is preferred
- Have excellent project management and business planning expertise
- Analytical capability is critical in this role
- Recognize business processes around the enterprise and suggest ways to increase productivity
- Monitor initiative progress in a timely manner
