Job Description

Remedy is looking for a Patient Support Specialist to join our team! You will be at the front-line of Remedy and will provide chat-based support for Remedy’s patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Patient Care: Answering and resolving a high volume of patient queries on social media channels and email during the assigned schedule according to our SLAs. You will also audit the answers of the staff and teammates to ensure we are meeting our quality/audit standards. You will triage and collaborate with the clinic staff for questions that you’re unable to resolve on your own.
  • Tracking: Track all interactions with patients and prospective patients so we can better understand our conversion rates.
  • Outbound Patient Care: Respond to FB and IG comments and determine a method to scale this in the future.
  • Trend Analysis: Provide feedback to leadership and clinic teams regarding process improvements and trends you are seeing with patient inquiries.
  • Patient Reviews: You will oversee and execute the outreach to secure 5-star Google Reviews so that we hit our monthly review targets.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Amenable to work in shifting schedules
  • Amenable to work during weekends and holidays
  • Someone with great communication skills, a people person
  • Someone from the medical and/or customer service field
  • Willing to do on-site training/s

Preferred:

  • Someone with customer service experience
  • Has an experience handling social media inquiries
  • Has an experience booking appointments
