To provide marketing input and support to the brand, by working closely with the Senior Brand Manager (SBM)/Brand Manager (BM), and the Sales Team, as well as the entire group / division and by aligning with the marketing processes / activities with the brand’s business plans, objectives and strategies. Must demonstrate commitment to the Company’s overall strategy, messages, and delivery of programs – working at all times in line with the Company’s best practice and in full support of its initiatives. Critical to success will be to feel fully part of and work well within the group / division.

Delivers and picks up documents, packages, and other items between offices or departments to other business concerns. Conducts regular preventive maintenance on all delivery vans to ensure that all vans are in good running condition at all times. Performs minor repairs on vans when the need arises. In case of major repairs, recommends to immediate supervisor outsourcing of accredited motor shops. Coordinates with immediate supervisor on the completion time of repair and/or availability of the van. Reports to the immediate supervisor the status of preventive and curative maintenance works carried out Generates reports required by the immediate supervisor with regards to the maintenance of the vans.

Job Objective: To ensure recording, reporting and analysis of sales from various Concess and Consignment accounts in a complete, consistent, accurate and timely manner aimed in helping Company increase its overall productivity with the tracking and measurement of its sales performance. Duties & Responsibilities: A. Recording, Analysis, Reconciliation and Reporting • Monitors, checks and sorts the Order Slips (OS) from sales consultants of the assigned Brands and Outlets and Consignment Sales Reports (CSR) from Brands and partner accounts in a complete and consistent manner. • Consistently follows up for any late OS/CSR for completeness. • Generates Concess’ store sales summary and checks all encoded OS for checking and validation. • Monitors and checks the encoded Consignment Indicative Sales against the actual/audited CSR. Make the necessary Consignment Credit Note to reverse the indicative sales and encodes the actual CSR. • Maintains connectivity with Brand and Sales. • Generates monthly Concess sales summary and performs matching of sales against sales liquidation reports. • Reconciles variances on sales between the two reports and summarizes findings and explanation on discrepancies in a complete, accurate and timely manner. • Prepares necessary journal entries. • Prepares Notice of Discrepancies to Sales Consultants for any unaccounted and unreconciled items. • Prepares Debit Memos to responsible Consultants for any unpaid items or shortages under their accountability for account charging subject to approval of Asst Finance Manager. • Prepares and submits monthly Sales Summary Report for reconciliation with some Concess Accounts (ie Landmark and Anson) required prior to billing. • Generates Concess accounts’ monthly sales liquidation reports from Store Portals for reconciliation, invoicing and countering. • Prepares the monthly summary Sales Report for the computation of commission. B. Processing of Sales Documents • Prepares manual Sales Invoice based from Concess Accounts’ Monthly Liquidation Report (MLR) for billing and countering to outlet, for collection purposes. • Prepares Sales Invoice encoded into the system based from Consignment Sales Report for billing and countering for collection purposes and Other Outright Sales.

The Associate Brand Manager handles all the marketing functions of her assigned brands. Following the directions and guidelines of the Division Manager and foreign principals, she formulates the objectives, strategies, and action plans for her assigned brands. She is responsible for the achievement of the sales, market share, gross profit, and contribution margin objectives of her assigned brands. She coordinates with the Sales Manager on all matters relating to the sales and implementation of sales promotions for her brands.

Manages day-to-day merchandising operations – managing availability of merchandise at the store as efficiently as possible. Develops, and executes merchandising plans that will deliver volume and profit goals. The Merchandise Manager is more on the ground, coordinating and collaborating with the Operations Team in obtaining customer insights, consumer trends, buying patterns to develop effective plans that will ensure maximum sales performance.

Oversees daily treasury operations, including cash management, fund disbursements, and bank transactions. Ensures liquidity, compliance with internal controls, and accuracy in financial processes. Assist in cash flow forecasting and financial planning. Provide insights to support liquidity management.

The Brand Manager handles all the marketing functions of her assigned brands. Following the directions and guidelines of the Division Manager and foreign principals, the Brand Manager formulates the objectives, strategies, and action plans for her assigned brands. Responsible for the achievement of the sales, market share, gross profit, and contribution margin objectives of her assigned brands. Coordinates with the Sales Manager on all matters relating to the sales and implementation of sales promotions for her brands.

Responsible for the review, analysis, and evaluation of sales projections, purchase budgets, and purchase orders submitted by Brand. Prepares a complete and thorough analysis of the sales & purchase plan for both existing and new brands, including 3 to 5 years roll-out plans. Prepares periodic management reports on sales, purchases, inventory and profitability performance of all brands. Identifies areas of management concern, and provides recommendations to improve the brand’s performance. Takes a proactive role in evaluating the performance of the brands and stores even without a request from Brand Group and even without a scheduled buy for the season. This aims to support Brand Team in the management of the brands performance in terms of sales, inventory and GP.

Job Summary: Through following accepted audit practices and principles, the Audit Manager is responsible for planning all phases of audits, making assignments to staff members, supervising staff members and completing complex audits of some companies under the Rustan Group.
