Job Description

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order placement.
  • After-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to customers post-purchase, addressing any issues or concerns related to products or services, including warranty claims and technical support.
  • Sales Generation: Identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions and work to convert inquiries into sales, focusing on both individual and B2B clients.
  • Order Management: Process orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in order entry and timely delivery of products.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints effectively by assessing the situation and providing appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals, particularly in B2B transactions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 1yr experience in customer service and in sales or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
